Alok is the Founder of Metaverk. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science. He has 25 years of experience developing and architecting enterprise applications in Java, .Net, Informatica, Cognos, React, Angular, TensorFlow, and machine learning APIs. He has worked for companies like the Nasdaq Stock market and Citigroup, where he architected and developed high-speed trading applications. He leads teams working on Augmented Reality/Blockchain applications and automates cloud deployments, monitoring, and security.

Kristin Boggiano
Kristin is advisor to Metaverk and provides consulting services to Metaverk’s clients, including how to integrate
AI into the operations of companies.
Over the course of her career, Kristin has built several businesses. Most recently, she has built CrossTower, a Web 3.0 company. Kristin also co-founded DARLA, whose mission is to help shape policy regarding digital assets. She also founded and built the Structured Products & Derivatives department at Schulte Roth, a global law firm, where she structured many complex financial products over a 15 year period. Kristin has also worked at Merrill Lynch in derivatives trading, the SEC and the CFTC. Kristin founded and served as the CEO of Women in Derivatives, a nonprofit with over 8,000 senior female executives, whose mission is to develop women leaders. Kristin served on the board of the Global DCA and was an executive at True Positive Technologies, an AI and Machine Learning advisory company. She frequently lectures at universities, trade organizations and other forums and has been writing articles on AI, trading, financial and regulatory topics for over 20 years.
She is an advocate for, investor in, and mentor to entrepreneurs.
